Today, Point East (where I sent your tees for printing) called me and asked me some really stupid questions that made me wanna burn the whole company down.

"You have not given me the sizes"
"Do you have a soft copy?"

"I hope I won't get a complain from you when the tees are out lor..." 

"What font you want ah?"

I already told your person-in-charge, mailed him and saw him take down the details and she got the cheek to call me back again.

There is 1 thing I hate MOST in my life is when people don't listen to me and people not paying attention to what I tell them.

The person who called me, obviously not a local, and speaks poor English, is from a country I hate most (everyone knows; not gonna mention name). I can understand her poor English, disabling her from putting her words across nicely. BUT for god's sake I am a consumer and I got every rights to complain LOR!
